Why do we want to know?
Some treatments for prostate cancer can affect your ability to get or keep an erection (erectile dysfunction). There are treatments and support that can help with this. We believe that every man who experiences erectile dysfunction as a result of prostate cancer treatment should be able to access the best information, services, support and products to help deal with it. We want to campaign to make sure that this happens across the UK, but before we can start, we need to understand men’s experiences in different places.
How can you help?
You can help us by answering the questions in this survey. We would like to hear from men who have had treatment for prostate cancer - whether you are a single man or in a relationship. We would also like to hear from partners of men who’ve had treatment for prostate cancer. The survey shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes to complete.
Some of the questions in this survey are about personal issues and ideas. We will store your responses and use them to build our campaign, but the survey is anonymous.
